the breakfast was wonderful. i especially enjoyed the high-quality ingredients. the location was perfect (right in the center!). the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The wifi was sometimes unreliable. it took several minutes to load simple pages at times. my room faced inside buildings. The balcony view was not ideal. there was also no help available with luggage.

The location permitted exploration of the town. The hotel offered outdoor dining, a lively bar, and a restaurant. Our Rössl CLASSIC SUITE was spacious. It had a comfortable bathroom and lots of storage space.
The heated towel rail was not warm enough. It was only turned to an inadequate luke-warm setting.

The staff at reception were Really good.
My room faced an internal courtyard, so the view was of other buildings. It felt quite Claustrophobic. The noise from nearby rooms was also an issue. I could hear conversations and other sounds quite clearly. This lack of soundproofing detracted from the overall experience.

the room decorations were contemporary and clean i found the location perfect for exploring the area the breakfast offered many choices. all staff members were helpful and friendly throughout my visit they provided assistance with directions and recommendations when i needed it.
the bathroom layout was unusual with the shower sink and toilet separately joined this arrangement felt a bit cramped though functional
